Andy and Allie met in 2002 while both were working in the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Andy was consulting to design the food service for an upscale resort and Allie was conducting her doctoral research on wildebeest reproduction. 20+ years, 2 kids and many locations later, the couple are rooted here on Daniel Island. The work Mpishi means chef in Kiswahili and has been Allie’s nickname for Andy since they met.
